Sandee and Gene are Realtors and more importantly real estate consultants with Keller Williams Realty, with a successful 15 plus year history in the real estate industry, they have honed a consultant style approach as Realtors to assist buyers, sellers, and investors to strategize, manage, and achieve their goals on each and every real estate transaction they are involved in.   

Gene is a lifelong resident of the Puget Sound area.  Gene was born in Tacoma,. WA and was raised in the small coastal and historical town of Steilacoom, WA.  Gene attended and graduated from Washington State University (WSU) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications (Advertising) and a minor in Business (Marketing).  Since graduating from WSU and joining his wife Sandee with Keller Williams Realty, Gene was employed with several fortune 100 companies mostly in Technical Sales and Marketing where he learned how to utilize a consulting style approach to help businesses accomplish their goals of conserving or expanding their business.  In Gene's spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, travelling, and sports such as basketball, Golf, and Tennis
 
Sandee was born in San Jose, CA and has lived in several states throughout her lifetime eventually dropping anchor in the Seattle/ Bellevue area in 1990.  Sandee received her Real Estate license in 1993 and has been helping buyers and sellers ever since.  Sandee met Gene in 1998 and married in 2000.  Both Sandee and Gene feel fortunate to have met each other and have since enjoyed parenthood as well.   Both have been excited about working together to help each other and to help individuals and families alike to achieve their dreams and goals in Real Estate.
